Dreams communicate with symbols and metaphors, so it is almost certain that you DO dream about your husband without recognizing the symbols that refer to him. For example, suppose your husband is "big as a bear" and gives great "bear hugs." In this case, your dreams might use a big grizzly bear or a fluffy teddy bear to represent your husband. That is only one possibility; your dreams will produce symbols unique to yourself, and will not necessarily fit the definitions in popular "dream dictionaries."
