Dogs' noses are usually wet because a healthy, happy dog will be apt to lick their nose while an unhealthly, unhappy dog won't be as apt to lick their nose.
I'm a predator (Hunter (Dog)) I need to be able to creep up on my prey with the wind in my face, thus blowing my scent away from my prey. It's the same as putting your finger in your mouth wetting it and sticking it in the air, as a target shooter I need to know the wind direction. As a Rugby kicker it helps to know the wind direction. That's why we haven't got wet noses, because we can wet our finger and stick it in the air. Cats on the other hand do not need such a large expanse of wetness as they are opportunistichunters they will sniff out a mouse run then sit on a post fence or hide in the grass and wait until the prey comes to them, they also have extremely good hearing. Now go one stage further why are bovine noses dripping wet, because they lose the sight of what they are about to eat as it gets nearer to their mouths, so their noses sent-taste with the droplets of wetting agent they produce on their noses, certain reptiles do the same with their tongues. To sum up a dog has a wet nose to help it tell the wind direction, thus aiding it's hunting ability.
Barrie
Its means that the dog is nice and healthy if the dog has a dry noise it is not healthy and you may want to get it checked out.
Becasue she has something in it or she simply has to sneeze

and not sick
Puppies can catch a cold call your vet to see what you can give him/her

Wet Nose
The possessive form is: The wet dog's tail is wagging.
A dog's nose is better than a pig's becuase a dog's nose is 1,000 to 10,000 times better than a human's but a pig's isn't much better. In conclusion a dog's nose has a higher sense of smell, therefore, it is better.
When a dog needs to regurgitate it needs fluid in the stomach to intice the muscle spasms and lubricate the whole throat food pipe etc which is why the nose gets dry and the tongue hense the licking
Dogs & cats have canine teeth, fury coats, wet nose & claws. They are four-legged.
Neither. It depends on their environment and health. A wet nose doesn't mean the dog is healthy/unhealthy
It doesn't mean anything! If a dogs nose is wet then that mean he/she just licked it! If a dogs nose is not wet then he/she did not just lick it! That thing where people are saying the dog doesn't feel well or its sick! It doesn't mean anything so DONT be worried
Yes, a wet nose means the dog is healthy.
It doesn't mean anything, it's perfectly normal and healthy
Touch its nose and see if its wet.
It means its healthy and a dry nose means it doesn't feel good or unhealthy Thats how u tell if your dog is sick u touch it's nose and wola if it wet good if it's dry give it time and if it stays like that oh no
If a dog has a warm or a wet nose, that does not necessarily mean that it is sick. This is a common fallacy. Many people believe that a dog's nose should always be cold and wet. However, a dog's nose does not always have to be cold and wet. After resting, sleeping, or just lying around the house being lazy all day, a dog's nose is often warm and dry. This is especially true if the dog has not recently licked or used his nose for anything. If the dog's nose is constantly warm and dry, this may indicate that something may not be right with its nose and you should consider taking the dog into a vet for evaluation. A vet will be able to determine if the dog's warm dry nose is normal or not. Generally, a dog with a warm, dry nose is not a sick dog.
Your dog's nose should be wet and cold. A sign that says your dog is healthy and hydrated. A hot nose may mean sickeness, and may need a vet.
Usually when a dog has a moist noise it means they are healthy. If he has a dry nose that might mean he is unhealthy or sick. But this is not in all cases. Dog's noses are wet because of the tear glandes that empty from their nose, so don't freak out if it is dry. If the weather is dry than your dog's nose may be dry. It could be that. If you are still worried you should consult your vet. He/she is your best answer.
That is actually a sign of a healthy dog.
Dogs and cats should have wet noses. A nose that is slightly wet to the touch is a sign of a healthy dog. A dry nose indicates a problem, as does an overly wet or dripping nose.
because i peed on it when you were sleeping
