From my understanding she was non-verbally telling you that she was interested. After several attempts, understanding that you would not approach her, she simply moved on. Women give guys so many signs, that they are interested but guys fail to acknowledge them. Didn't you find it kind of odd that she continued to do it after the second week? That should have showed you that she wanted something. Women are similar to men in many ways. One in which women also fear rejection, that is why they don't approach men. Men also have the same fear. In the past, this was the norm for a guy to approach a woman. Nowadays guys make it a duty for a woman to approach them, which is totally backwards. Although times have changed women are still the same. So the next time a woman looks directly at you for several days, make it a duty for you to approach her and see what would come of the conversation.
