He may either really like you and is shy and is trying to act like hes cool, especially if his freinds are around. Or he may be a player and has a few different girls. he likes u but he is not sure if u like him so he won't get hurt he ignores u. ask him why u ignoreing me if he answers a good way he's a keeper but if he mocks u throw him away n u ignore him
