Leaking from the sunroof into the fuse box? Never ever heard of this since the fuse box is by the door and completely sealed. But check for water damage by the flip down mirror, if there is then it wasnt properly sealed.
The check wasnt any good sooo the truck isn't paid for. Go get your truck OR file charges against the person.
this happened to one of my jeeps i had, it started moving fine down the street but it had a loud noise behind it, i got up toabout 20 mph and it shut off, i later learned that it was because the engine wasnt heating up fast enough to keep up with the movement of the vehicle
bad balancing, improper lug nut torque, that's if it wasnt there before
Perhaps injectors are leaking and loosing their prime

Dry the motor out ! clean the carb and drain all oil ! If it wasnt run it should be ok ! just flush all liquid out properly and replace with new oil petrol etc !
no it wasnt
if there wasnt you wouldnt be using a computer now
No. The speed of a vehicle at the time of braking can be estimated by measuring skid marks, but the absence of skid marks doesn't mean the vehicle wasn't moving. Speed can be estimated by a number of other methods.
