It means yall are friends.
It also means he's wack for being a stupid a** that doesnt want you as a friend but still does friend stuff and you're wack for wanting to be friends with someone who doesnt want to be friends with you.
so maybe its a perfect friendship.

Depends on the situation! If she makes you miserable, because for example, she thinks she can still control you and you keep arguing then there really isn't a way for you to be friends with her unless she changes. If she is really fun and treats you like a friend, with qualities of trust, honesty, unselfishness etc etc, then you know she is a good friend and yes you should still be friends with linzie. Also if you see her as more than a friend then being friends is tricky. It is your call.

No you don't want to be friends with a rude friend. Why would you want to do that? Even if that friend is popular, you still shouldn't be friends with them. A friend is supposed to be someone who treats you equally and who is nice to you. So in other words, if someone is rude or mean to you, don't be friends with them because in the long run they never really liked you at all. Where as someone who is nice to you, but not popular or fit enough to meet your expectations, well then that person will end up being your friend. Not the rude one.
