It means she likes you but she is shy and doesn't want to admit publicly that she likes you thus she cannot go out with you. ---- I don't think she's shy - a shy girl wouldn't grab a guy and kiss him like that! I think she's just being a flirt and is teasing you because she senses that you like her and it's giving her a sense of power over you. She is playing with your feelings and leading you on in a way where there is no future. This is very unfair on you, because basically she's saying she'll use you to her advantage but you're not good enough to become involved with. My advice? Don't waste your time on her - she needs to grow up and realise that you have feelings.
