Don't use more than the box recommends because mothballs in large quantities aren't safe to breathe in either. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the box and NEVER use ammonia products with urine. Urine turns to ammonia after it sits a while and you will make your problem worse. Also because urine turns into ammonia NEVER use bleach products, this is a deadly combination. Another thing you can use if you don't mind the overpowering scent is alot of vinegar...because I don't like the vinegar smell anymore than I like the cat urine smell, I wait a week after applying mothballs and throw a large amount (4 to 5) boxes of baking soda under the trailer to neutralize the smell. To help with the smell that has came indoors try putting arm and hammer carpet powder inside your register vents (a small amount in each one). When you run your heat the GOOD smell is then disbursed into the air.
