eat healthy foods, like pretty much anything that is not frozen(hotpockets) or processed (Hot Dogs) eat vegetables fruit, steak, little bread, vegetables again, vegetables and fruits are good for your guts and a whole bunch of other things. OH you should also not eat fast food and sodas, and you should exercise regularly. Try not to get too emotional cause it loweres your immune system, try to be happy and eat right and exercise. That about it.
