I'm going to assume you mean "HIS ex" not "YOUR ex" Most likely that he's ticked at you. He could be saying it just to vent because you're angered him, but he could be serious and hinting towards why he is no longer with the ex. Your best bet is to open the lines of communication and just ask him. The relationship can't last if you don't resolve conflicts. They pile up on you until the relationship is deprived of oxygen so long it dies. It means he is immature and comparing you to his ex. He apparently still has issues from his past. I would stear clear of this one. You will always be under the microscope.

∙ 14y agoOkay, i was the writer of this question, and my boyfriend and i were doing something. He then mentioned how i reminded him of his two most recent exes. I was similar to both though, like in between them. Do you know what this means? Like why he mentioned that i reminded him of them and then gave me details of why? (later he told me that he liked me doing the thing that reminded him of them)

∙ 11y agoIt could mean he's not really over his ex-girlfriend, but equally it could mean he doesn't really feel like he needs to get over his ex because he's found someone much better (you) that looks like her.
Anyway it's rather likely you don't look THAT MUCH like his ex at all, you might just have similar hair or something.
