He probably flirts with other girls because when you flirt you can say things you can't say to your girlfriend. If it starts getting worse then talk to him about it and tell him to stop. If he doesn't stop then you should consider dumping him.
tell him he needs to start showing you more attention or it's over then you will see his true feelings for you
