I think it means he thinks you complain too much. Or it could mean he found someone else. Guys are weird like that. It could mean he's the one who's not happy. The last one seems most likely. Mostly, it means you should give up on him and find someone else. It takes two putting in the effort to have a relationship, and if he's thinking it's over, it's not gonna work.
