The answer of this is! ---- == 1. it may be he is afraid and doesnt know what he wants to say. 2. he maybe a person that doesnt like talking on the phone unless he has too. 3. phone bill? 4. there maybe busy and is unable to use the phone all the time. etc. there many reasons why. but you should ask him next time you get in contact with him.
