It means he likes or wants to have sex with you, but does not want a relationship with you beyond that. In other words, he wants you to be his "friend with benefits" or his "booty call". If you're not interested in that, then you should part ways, permanently. He obviously has issues with commitment.

Because your diet and exercise will vary, if you want to lose weight steadily then you will have to eat the same amounts of food, the same type of food in the same time and the same speed, excrete the same amounts of substances, breathe the same amount and exercise the same amount every day which is stupid. Also your body will lose what it doesnt need and so will lose different anounts each time.
