IT MEANS,BEN, THAT EITHER 1.) SOMEONE YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY CALLED IS CALING
2.) SOMEONE LIKE ATNT, OR THE TAX PEOPLE ARE CALLING. THE BEST YOU CAN DO IS TRRY TO BLOCK THESE NUMBERS.
