if shes laying 1 a day then she has a disease called Thyorioidoade. It could be deadly
IF you mean 'poisonous' - then no they are not.
If you mean can a corn snake be left unattended for five months without food or water - then ABSOLUTELY NOT ! That's just plain CRUEL !
It means that it gives birth to its young, and doesn't lay eggs.
Ya..................CORN SNAKES!!!!!!!!!! Haha but srsly they do ... They dont eat CORN! They eat small rodents whitch are ATTRACTED to corn fields, so the snake is attracted to them.
Depends what you mean by discoloured ! Is it injured ? Is it a burn mark ? Need more detail.
it can't be scratched or dented easily.
If you mean for decoration and to make the snake more comfortable things like logs, tree branches, rocks, aspen bedding, fake foliage are great
It depends what you mean ! If you mean to put some tubes in the vivarium for the snake to use as hides - then there's no reason why not. If you mean to insert a tube down its throat in order to 'force' feed it - that should only be done by an experienced keeper as you could injure or kill the snake in the process !
It depends what you mean by 'dented'. If you mean it gradually curves inwards over the whole shell surface - it indicates your slider is a male. If you mean there are small dents all over the surface - that's not normal and should be investigated by a vet !
If you mean to allow them both to come into close contact with each other - then NO ! The dog will view the snake as something to chew on - and the snake will be stressed by the presence of an animal too big for it to defend itself against.
I think you might mean "oviparous." That's a fancy way of describing an animal that lays eggs, like a bird, snake or fish.
