What does it mean when she says her heart isn't in it anymore to give you a chance if you said you love her but she said it's too late and wants to be friends but you can't because you want her back?

Women simply get tired of telling their boyfriend or husband over and over again what is wrong and it seems to fall on deaf ears. It appears from your post you weren't listening to her and now, you have simply worn out your welcome. It takes two to have a relationship and no one wants to babysit someone else. There could be a chance down the road for the both of you to get back together, but it's going to take sometime for you to grow up and if you don't understand what she didn't like about you then ask! I agree that friendship isn't the best way to go and it will only hurt you. I really don't understand why ex boyfriends/girlfriends (seems to be more the women that go this route) want to be friends. When you don't get along then both of you should simply move on. Try talking to her one more time and ask her what it is about you that wears her down and then tell her you will work on improving yourself. In order to do this you are going to have to really work at it, and you won't be going out on any dates with her. If you were meant to be together then you will be. Good luck Marcy
