EXAMPLE: your license, registration and title along with insurance,prove that you are a valid and legal driver; able to show that you know what you're doing behind the wheel of car and how to prevent or fix any problems that may occur, as well as the fact that you can prove ownership of the vehicle. A valid driver is someone who has all proper documentation to prove that they obtain enough knowledge and can safely and effectively operate and maintain a well running vehicle.
Also, an example of "valid questions."
If someone asks a question that is relevant, is about the same topic, to a current conversation and can prove to have a certain cause or meaning behindthe question that also applies to the same conversation, it may be considered a "valid question."
