mucus build up
Mucus can sometimes be yellow or if you have a virus it can be yellow with blood spots in it( this could just mean your throat is irritated)
You possibly have a cold.. It could suggest something else but a cold comes to mind first
Probably a sinus infection - consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
ectothermic means cold blooded.! its the truth
As far as I know the answer to your question is NO. It could be a sign of a chest infection or the common cold. If it continues for more than a week or if your mucus starts to turn red ( indicating that there is a trace of blood in the mucus) I would consult your doctor.
white
Some white blood cells containing green coloured enzymes are secreted in you mucus (or 'snot') to destroy the cold virus and any bacteria that wish to infect the mucus at the same time. The dead white blood cells along with the dead viruses are removed in the mucus, making it look green. Hope that answers your question!
