I would recommend it being trouble-shooted. IT may be multiple problem related. It may be a lack of maintenace problem, or a loss of fuel or spark problem, or a transmission problem-torque converter or shift solenoid problem.
Something is wrong
edyets and jerks all of u
Rocky is the name of USF mascot. Now get over it you jerks....LOL!
Blood in arteries moves because of pressure of blood from the heart. Each time the heart pumps, it pushes the blood a little further. Veins do not rely on the heart to move blood. Veins have a system of valves to keep the blood from not moving backwards, and muscles contract the veins to move the blood.
I would say its the catalytic converter, my car lost almost all power, I unbolted from the engine from the bottom of the car and it ran better than it ever had, its a good and free way to check. Just 2 10mm bolts. had same problem with 96 lumina.. turn out to be faulty fuse going in computer under passenger seat.. somtimes fuse worked fine, and had proper voltage output. other time would put out less.
throttle plate stuck? I'm not sure. When I'm driving, I take my foot off the gas and the car jerks and when I have to stop and I push on the brakes the car revs and jerks forward and occasionally stalls
Sounds like the power brake booster is bad.
Check the fluid level. After that, change filter and fluid. If that doesn't work, then you will have to find a trustworthy repair shop that works on transmissions.
Shift to a lower gear.
the fuel filter has been changed.
if your stearing wheal jerks to check to make shure that the power stearing pumps mounting brackets aren't loose mine was loose on my 89 corsica and it was doing that
i had 98' Malibu that did the same exact thing. i was told that ac delco spark plug are the only plug with the the correct heat range. all others plugs are incorrect. i put ac delco spark plugs ($13 per plug) and premium spark plug wires from napa auto ($50 per set) and haven't had a problem since. my uncle is a mechanic for Chevy and tipped me off to that.
If your Impala jerks while going up hills, it could be low on transmission fluid. If it does not do it on level ground, check the fluid and replace the filter.
One of your front tires is not round.
If it has been lifted, you may need a "drop down" pitman arm.
Loose nut behind the wheel. Loose nut behind the wheel.
