More than likely the fan belt is a little loose - easy to fix.

Sounds like your belt may be worn out.
Did you get your wheels aligned? I don't know if has anything to do with it, but I do know that they usually recommend wheel alignment with strut replacement.
your ac compressor could be seizing up. happened on my 2003 suburban.
need more info is it a popping sound or squealing sound any leaking on the inside of the tire?

Check your power steering belt or bearing in power steering pump
Loose or worn A/C drive belt. Tighten or replace. If serpentine belt, replace.
If you mean the brake master cylinder, then squealing might mean that you have a vacuum leak.
The turn signal flasher is what makes the noise and lets the turn signal flash.
Sounds like a worn CV joint
