Someone probably fed him or her the wrong kind of thing when he or her was young. When cats are young their stomachs are VERY sensitive and you have to be very careful of what you feed them. My cat is like that and every once in a while he will start to pant like crazy. Its okay go to a vet if it gets worse.
I agree. Going to the vet is highly recommended. First of all, comfort it. And if you had it since its birth, try to think what you fed it then. But take it to the vet. they might have some medicine for him/her.
