The symptoms you've described can have many causes, and all of they are pretty grim. Dogs tend to mask pain or malady far better than humans, as an injured dog in a wild pack is at risk, so if the animal is clearly displaying these symptoms, you have a real problem.
Describing what this could come from would take forever to explain, and wouldn't help, as I doubt you have the facilities to diagnose then treat whatever this is.
Please get this animal to a vet ASAP.
