It means he's a jerk! He thinks he can see this other girl, walk over to you and kiss you as if he's doing you a favor? Time to get your dignity back girl and although remaining nice to him (meaning a hello and a smile) he has no right to touch you at all. Make it clear to him. If you think he's considering coming back to you he isn't I am sorry to say, and you aren't helping things by letting him act towards you the way he is. If he tells you he's just trying to be friends tell him that kissing you is a little too close for comfort. Don' let him get away with it!
