Scenario 1: He realized he really likes you and hates being apart. He realized he made a huge mistake breaking up with you. You are his world, his rock, his love.
Scenario 2: He likes another girl. He was probably flirting with her in the day you two were broken up. He might have even asked her out and was turned down. So now he's crawling back to you to not be so embarrassed. Dump him girl!
