Kalanchoe pinnata was created in 1805.
We live in Arizona and I have a kalanchoe blossfeldiana on the patio, out of the direct sunlight, and it is doing very, very well. I assume I will need to bring it in this winter but for the spring, summer and fall it is an outdoor plant.
Waxy looking leaves on upright stems with clusters of small five petaled flowers.
