The Windstar uses the ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) wheel sensors to provide 2 more features:
A tire that is under-inflated travels at a different speed than the others - and the computer can figure that out from the signals coming from the individual wheel sensors - lighting up the low tire pressure warning light.

My own experience with my 2001 Windstar is the low tire indicator light is pretty accurate. On occasion it's a bit sensitive going off when only a couple pounds of pressure low - but there is always a tire with low pressure.

Assuming that you are referring to the low air warning for the tires, it should reset itself after the correct tire pressure is returned to the low tire. If it does not reset then you may have a bad sensor in the wheel.
There is no tire pressure warning manual reset for the Astra. Make sure that the tires are properly inflated, and let the engine run for about 10 minutes. If the system is working correctly, then it will reset itself.
