yes, bon Noël and joyeux Noël are very resembling in meaning. Maybe joyeux is a more lively term.
Joyeux Noel is the correct spelling but there are 2 little dot on top of the "E' in noel
It's: "Joyeux Noël". We don't say "Bon Noël".
