Mudate (Mudar) is a command one person would tell another "move", you move, move yourself. It can be taken as "Move in" since the word is referring to moving yourself and your possessions from one place to another. Move in with me. (Mudate conmigo). Mudate a Londres (Move [in] to London).

Muevete (Move) is what one would use to tell some one to move themselves to another place: move over so I can get in.
