By not obeying them!!!!!!!!!!! HA HA HA!
Honoring your parents is acknowledging and showing appreciation to them then obeying them is doing what they tell or require you to do they go hand in hand but they are different.

This phrase, often attributed to Thomas Jefferson, suggests that standing up against oppressive rulers or tyranny is seen as a moral obligation to a higher power or moral authority. It implies that it is more important to resist unjust authority, even if it means disobedience to human rulers, in order to align with one's ethical or religious beliefs.
It means the act of not obeying.
To make sure they are living right and obeying them and their religion.
It depends on how you define religion. If you mean following a strict routine, then Christianity is dead against blindly obeying mankind's traditions. If you mean religion as in listening to God and obeying him, Christianity is at the forefront.
If you have the money to buy one, or your parents agree, then it should be okay. Don't make it a make or break condition of obeying your parents if they have an opinion. Plenty of time in your life to do as you want.
First off, there are over 6000 religions in the world today. So it would be nearly impossible to name every religion that does. Second off, almost every major, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, all teach to honor your parents. This goes back to the moral idea that your parents are your first teachers. You were blessed enough to have been given parents and you are to obey your parents because they are the first and only true human guardians on earth given to us by a higher power/supernatural being of this universe. You are to learn from your parents mistakes and honor their punishments. Third off, as far as indigenous beliefs are concerned, the idea of honoring your parents goes back to honoring the cycle of life and obeying those who possess more wisdom than yourself. Lastly, Obeying Your Parents = Obeying God, for the very reason stated above. In the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam), the 4th Holy Commandment states you must honor your parents before avoiding murder, adultery, envy, and theft. This is how much obeying your parents means to God.
obeying orders are conditioned reflexes

Tell them that it's doing the right thing even when no one is looking. It's obeying their parents and their teachers even when they're not being watched.
