I don't recommend putting anything on your eyes that shouldn't be there. I use MAC Paint Pots in Painterly for mine.

All you need to to do is search painterely in google, and click the first link. You may customize the pack is you wish, but you don't have to. Once you do that download the zip file and save it to your desktop (or wherever you want). Press the 'start' button and search %appdata% and click into your Roaming folder. There you will find your .minecraft folder, and in that you will see another folder labelled texturepacks. Drag you downloaded zip file into that folder and close the window. Open up minecraft, and in the menu click in the 'Mods and Texture Packs' bar. There you can select you painterly texture pack, and you will be free to use it.
