I believe you may mean a "PROVEN" truth. An example would be: 2+2=4 - Water is wet. The sun rises in the morning. These are over-simplified examples but are simple examples of truths that are, in and of, themselves "proven" and cannot be doubted or argued.
One proven truth is the law of gravity that has been tested and observed every day.
