Who is the enemy of Allah?

Shaytaan is the enemy of Allah

Is deceiving haraam?

Yes it is a major sin in the sight of Allah. This started when Shaytaan tricked Adam (A.S) and his wife Hawaa into eating from the tree Allah had forbidden them from eating.

How do you say devil in Arabic?

If the demon your referring to is Satan himself or a direct emissary, the word Shaytan (شيطان) is used. If the demon is a spirit, the terms Jinn (جن) and 3efrit (عفريت) are more useful. Jinn are usually "less" powerful while 3efrit are "more" powerful.

Is milad celebrating allowed?

Yes it is allowed because it is the sunnah of Allah, when the Prophet was born Allah gave all the expecting mothers sons, he sent down angels with flags and forgave everyones sins which made shaytaan very angry Also because at a milad there is nothing haraam that is done as most milads only recite nasheeds, hadeeyh and speeches to highlight the sunnah of tje Prophet

What problems do Muslims face?

Evil whispers during prayer and at other times come from the Shaytaan, who is keen to misguide the Muslim and deprive him of good and keep it far away from him. One of the Sahaabah complained to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about waswaas during prayer, and he said: "The Shaytaan comes between me and my prayers and my recitation, confusing me therein." The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "That is a devil called Khanzab. If he affects you seek refuge in Allah from him and spit drily to your left three times." He [the Sahaabi] said, I did that and Allaah took him away from me. (Narrated by Muslim, 2203)

Why was shaitaan called as such?

Answer: The word "Shaytaan" (Satan in English) comes from a root word which means: to babble nonsensically and move in jerks and contortions. If a person, as we say, "Shatataa" (past tense) then he walked around having spasms and made non-understandable sounds; kind of like in a vertical epileptic seizure. This is an indication that Satan is a sick, nonsensical being who's commands are all nonsense and foolishness. He is the kind of being who, if he were a person standing on a street corner, you would walk a long distance just to avoid coming near. There is something deeply wrong with him. He is insane, lost, ridiculous.

What is akeeka in Islam?

Firstly: This sacrifice which is done for the newborn is called 'aqeeqah. The scholars differed concerning the ruling on 'aqeeqah; some of them said that it is obligatory and others said that it is Sunnah mu'akkadah (a confirmed Sunnah). The scholars of the Standing Committee said: 'Aqeeqah is Sunnah mu'akkadah. For a boy two sheep should be sacrificed, each of which should meet the same conditions as a sheep for udhiya (sacrifice), and for a girl one sheep should be sacrificed. The sheep should be slaughtered on the seventh day, but if there is a delay it may be slaughtered at any time, and there is no sin in delaying it, although it is preferable to do it as soon as possible. And Allaah is the Source of strength; may Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companions. Secondly: With regard to the purpose of the 'aqeeqah, it was mentioned in a hadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "Every child is in pledge for his 'aqeeqah." The scholars differed as to the meaning of this hadeeth. It was said that the meaning is that if the 'aqeeqah is not done for him and he dies in childhood, he will be prevented from interceding for his parents; or that the 'aqeeqah is a means of ridding the child of the Shaytaan and protecting him from him. The child may miss out on something good if his parents neglect to do the 'aqeeqah even though that is not his action, just as when the parents have intercourse, if the father says 'Bismillaah" the Shaytaan will not harm his child, and if he fails to do so the child will not have this protection.

Is HAZRAT Dawood is a music man?

>>Actually there is a misconception about Hazrat Dawood (A.S) or David that he was a music man but ***it's a Great Lie about Him*** bcz there is no any Hadith or Ayah which shows him a musician: << "The view that Dawood (peace be upon him) used to seek forgiveness by playing the flute is a view for which there is no basis, rather what is meant by the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to Abu Moosa al-ash'ari , "you have been given a beautiful voice (mizmaar, lit. Flute) like the beautiful voices of the family of Dawood" (narrated by Al-Bukhaari (5048) and Muslim (793) is that he had a beautiful voice, and the beauty of his voice was likened to the sound of the flute. Al-nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in Sharh Muslim: the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) concerning Abu Moosa al-ash'ari - "he has been given a beautiful voice (mizmaar) like the beautiful voices of the family of Dawood" - the scholars said: what is meant by mizmaar (lit. Flute) here is a beautiful voice. The original meaning of the word zamr is singing, and phrase "the family of Dawood" refers to Dawood himself. The phrase "the family of so and so" may apply to the person himself. Dawood (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had a very beautiful voice. End quote. Al-'iraaqi said in Tarh Al-tathreeb (3/104): what it meant by mizmaar here is a beautiful voice. The original meaning is the instrument that is blown into (wind instrument). The beauty and sweetness of his voice is likened to the sound of the flute... He had an extremely beautiful voice in recitation. End quote. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said in Fath al-baari: what is meant by mizmaar is a beautiful voice. The basic meaning is the instrument and the word is used of the voice as a simile. End quote. This is like when Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him) described singing as the flutes or musical instruments of the shaytaan, as Al-Bukhaari (3931) and Muslim (892) narrated from 'Aa'ishah that Abu Bakr entered upon her when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was with her on the day of (Eid) al-fitr or adha, and there were two young girls singing lines of poetry that were said by the ansaar on the day of bu'aath. Abu bakr said: flutes of the shaytaan! The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "let them be, o Abu bakr, for every people has its Eid and our Eid is this day." the two young girls did not have a flute or musical instrument with them, but he (may Allaah be pleased with him) called singing the flute of the shaytaan, likening it to that because he found it displeasing. And Allaah knows best. Source(s): http://islamqa.info/en/101172

My husband wants to get a trampstamp also known as a crack tattoo BUT he is a Muslim and is afraid his family will get cross with him if they see it so what should he do thx astria xxx?

Oh that's easy to answer . . . Your husband should NOT be afraid of what his family will think. He should be afraid that Allah will be angered with him. He should be afraid that Satan will be delighted. When Allah threw Satan out, the Devil swore to Allah that he would convince most of humanity to follow him to Hell. He swore that he would lie in wait for Man, on every path, and try to cause him to deviate and, so, earn the punishment of God. One of the things that Satan PROMISED he would do was: "I will whisper to them and they shall change the good and beautiful nature that Allah created". In the Middle East, tattoos are called: "Bait Ash-Shaytaan" "House of Satan". The devils LOVE the person who disfigures his body - through tattoos and piercings. The devils draw closer and closer to those people who do. Why do you think so many young people, these days, have tattoos? So if your husband wants the Jinn to come closer to him, then by all means, tell him to go ahead and 'change the nature that God created'. He may hear someone whispering to him, at night. He will please the Devil, and displease his Lord.

What is prilgrimage in Islam?

Praise be to AllahTawaaf of ?Umrah? When the pilgrim who is doing ?Umrah reaches Makkah al-Mukarramah, it is mustahabb for him to do ghusl as soon as he arrives and then go to al-Masjid al-Haraam to perform the rituals of ?umrah, but if he does not do ghusl there is nothing wrong with that. When he enters al-Masjid al-Haraam he should enter with his right foot first and say: ?A?oodhu Billaah il-?azeem WA bi wajhihi?l-kareem WA bi sultaanihi?l-qadeem min al-shaytaan il-rajeem ? Allaahumma iftah li abwaab rahmatika (In the name of Allaah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allaah. O Allaah, forgive my sins and open to me the gates of Your mercy. I seek refuge in Allaah the Almighty and in His noble Face and in His eternal Power, from the accursed Shaytaan ? O Allaah, open to me the gates of Your mercy).?? Then the pilgrim should go to the Holy Ka?bah to start tawaaf. It is Sunnah for men to wear the ihraam garment in the manner known as idtibaa? in the tawaaf of ?umrah and tawaaf al-qudoom only. Idtibaa? means uncovering the right shoulder, putting the middle of the rida? beneath the armpit and its edges on the left shoulder.? Then the pilgrim who is doing ?umrah should start doing seven circuits of tawaaf, starting at the Black Stone. He should try to reach [?] the Black Stone and touch it or kiss it if he can, without bothering people by pushing and shoving. If he cannot do that, then he should point to the Black Stone from a distance, saying ?Allaahu akbar?, without stopping when he passes in front of the Black Stone.? When he reaches the Yemeni Corner, he should touch it with his hand if possible, but he should not kiss it or seek blessing by touching it or point to it. It is Sunnah to say during tawaaf between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone: Rabbana aatina fi?l-dunya hasanah WA fi?l-aakhirah hasanah WA qina ?adhaab al-naar (Our Lord, give us that which is good in this world and that which is good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire).? [Al-Baqarah 2:201].? The pilgrim who is doing ?umrah should do the same in all seven circuits, starting and ending with the Black Stone in all circuits. It is Sunnah to do raml, which means walking quickly with short steps, is nthe first three circuits of tawaaf al-qudoom and tawaaf of ?umrah only.Allah knows best

Why do Muslims eat with only their right hand?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded people to eat with their right hands and forbade them to eat with their left hands. He said, "The Shaytaan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand." Narrated by Muslim (2020). This implies that eating with the left hand is haraam, and this is the correct view, because the one who eats with his left hand is either a shaytaan (a devil), or he is imitating the Shaytaan. Below is a little poem to teach your kids which is there left hand (so they don't using it). WHICH HAND DO I EAT WITH?Which hand is my right hand? It's sometimes hard to know. But I have a special wayThat I will share and show.Put both hands out horizontally in front of you, palms downThen it is easy to tell.Cause when you straighten out your thumbsThe left hand makes an "L"

Why Muslims take fast?

Praise be to Allaah. Firstly we must note that one of the names of Allaah is al-Hakeem (the Most Wise). The word Hakeem is derived from the same root as hukm (ruling) and hikmah (wisdom). Allaah alone is the One Who issues rulings, and His rulings are the most wise and perfect. Secondly: Allaah does not prescribe any ruling but there is great wisdom behind it, which we may understand, or our minds may not be guided to understand it. We may know some of it but a great deal is hidden from us. Thirdly: Allaah has mentioned the reason and wisdom behind His enjoining of fasting upon us, as He says (interpretation of the meaning): "O you who believe! Observing As-Sawm (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (the pious)" [al-Baqarah 2:183] Fasting is a means of attaining taqwa (piety, being conscious of Allaah), and taqwa means doing that which Allaah has enjoined and avoiding that which He has forbidden. Fasting is one of the greatest means of helping a person to fulfil the commands of Islam. The scholars (may Allaah have mercy on them) have mentioned some of the reasons why fasting is prescribed, all of which are characteristics of taqwa, but there is nothing wrong with quoting them here, to draw the attention of fasting people to them and make them keen to attain them. Among the reasons behind fasting are: 1 - Fasting is a means that makes us appreciate and give thanks for pleasures. For fasting means giving up eating, drinking and intercourse, which are among the greatest pleasures. By giving them up for a short time, we begin to appreciate their value. Because the blessings of Allaah are not recognized, but when you abstain from them, you begin to recognize them, so this motivates you to be grateful for them. 2 - Fasting is a means of giving up haraam things, because if a person can give up halaal things in order to please Allaah and for fear of His painful torment, then he will be more likely to refrain from haraam things. So fasting is a means of avoiding the things that Allaah has forbidden. 3 - Fasting enables us to control our desires, because when a person is full his desires grow, but if he is hungry then his desire becomes weak. Hence the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "O young men! Whoever among you can afford to get married, let him do so, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and protecting one's chastity. Whoever cannot do that, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him." 4 - Fasting makes us feel compassion and empathy towards the poor, because when the fasting person tastes the pain of hunger for a while, he remembers those who are in this situation all the time, so he will hasten to do acts of kindness to them and show compassion towards them. So fasting is a means of feeling empathy with the poor. 5 - Fasting humiliates and weakens the Shaytaan; it weakens the effects of his whispers (waswaas) on a person and reduces his sins. That is because the Shaytaan "flows through the son of Adam like blood" as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, but fasting narrows the passages through which the Shaytaan flows, so his influence grows less. Shaykh al-Islam said in Majmoo' al-Fataawa, 25/246 Undoubtedly blood is created from food and drink, so when a person eats and drinks, the passages through which the devils flow - which is the blood - become wide. But if a person fasts, the passages through which the devils flow become narrow, so hearts are motivated to do good deeds, and to give up evil deeds. 6 - The fasting person is training himself to remember that Allaah is always watching, so he gives up the things that he desires even though he is able to take them, because he knows that Allaah can see him. 7 - Fasting means developing an attitude of asceticism towards this world and its desires, and seeking that which is with Allaah. 8 - It makes the Muslim get used to doing a great deal of acts of worship, because the fasting person usually does more acts of worship and gets used to that. These are some of the reasons why fasting is enjoined. We ask Allaah to help us to achieve them and to worship Him properly. And Allaah knows best.
