What does that mean if the guy you like ignored you in the first two weeks school and started to stare and etc again after that in which you already knew him last year and he stared at you and etc?

I kinda know what you're talking about in that I am also familiar in the whole, "does he/she like me" sorta thing. And really, it all depends on what the type of person is, but that's another conversation.
If the guy you like is ignoring you, but goes back to stare at you what ever chance he gets, it could mean either one of two things:
1.) He likes you
2.) He knows you've been starting to stare at him as well and wants to know why/ knows why and just wants to mess with you.
Why don't you just talk to him? Keeping quiet never solved anybody's problems.
