what do u mean. if u mean, when u draw the air out of a sealed CONTAINER can it collapse, then yes it can. I'll explain why. say u had a container filled with air particles inside a room also filled with air paricals and u took the paricals inside the container out then this would create a vacume which basicly means that there is NOTHING inside the container. because there is nothing in the container it means there is nothing to support the weight of the air particles, appart from the shell of the container. the weight of the air particles would push down on the conainer and it would collapse, also gravity would help oit to collapse as well. this is called an inplosion. I've probroby just compleatley confused u, I'm not very good at answering qustions. but there u go that's probly the best i can do. =)
