That's not a valid code. 9141 is the standard for the obd system that Saab uses, someones scanner was on the wrong setting or not compatible. Have it read again.
That is just an OBD-2 protocol not a code. It tells you what engine it has. 9141-2 is 148 h.p. gasoline engine.
