It's an in-line filter, located just in front of the RR tire, on the inside of the framerail, you'll see the line going into it, and the output going to the tank, now, this is important, make sure when you replace it the arrows that denote fuel direction must be correct, as what it looks like, a small silver can, about 4" long, 2" wide, with hose nips at both ends.
Most are bolted to the framerail using a circle clamp, unbolt that, also be prepared to catch fuel when you disconnect the lines...oh yea,
