The kick panels are the interior trim panels , just in front of the front doors ,
by the drivers and passengers feet

The passenger side kick panel is the panel directly under the glove box, next to where the passenger's feet go. The switch is located behind the panel. It is small, round, and has the reset button on top.
If it's like the 1994 Explorer the turn signal and hazard flasher " cans " are in the fuse panel
Take off the kicker panel on the passenger side. That's it, right inside the kicker panel. Just like brain surgery. Easy.
From a picture I was looking at , it looks like it is in the right front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel ( trim panel ) and that the trim panel can just swing towards you and be removed to get to the fuse box
The 2002 Ford Expedition owners manual states : The air - suspension shut of switch is located behind an access panel underneath the passenger side instrument panel . From the diagram it looks like it is behind the right front kick panel

the one that looks like a rivet is actually a stud that is going to the inside of the truck you have to remove your kick panel inside the truck to get to it on the passenger side you might have to un bolt the computer bracket to access the bolts
Inside the left rear panel (i.e. in the cargo area). There is a small cover that looks like a speaker grate that can be popped out for access.
