"Without humility, without the ability to publicly acknowledge your sins and your own human frailty, you cannot attain salvation nor proclaim Christ, nor pretend to be his witness." Every monk knows this and every Christian ought to know it, because without it, there is no salvation. Every monk has up to ten years to make a final decision before he makes solemn, lifelong vows that forever bind him, on this earth, to his monastic rule. Please note that most monks are Benedictines, and St. Benedict also requires all his monks to work. In other words, a monk would willing accept this rule BEFORE he became a monk - or he would not have become a monk. A monk accepts the entire rule, in humility, and sees it as his way to salvation.

You can use either. A manual requires more skill, however, they make clutchless manuals, now, and most automatics for racing, are full manual.

Queen Marie Antoinette what is nobility clergy?

Catholic AnswerIn the medieval and early modern periods, there was a state of nobility and a state of clergy, the clergy usually referred to as the first estate, the nobility the second estate, with the commoners the third estate. The clerical state was exclusively male and anyone from either the nobility or the commoners could arise quite high in the clerical state while the nobility and the commoners were fixed in their estate by their birth. Probably nobility clergy referred to members of the nobility that entered the clergy, and often they would get positions like Bishops or Abbacy (if they were monastic) before a commoner. An Abbess is the head of a monastery and may well have been a princess, but a Mother Superior is the head of a religious order of women not in solemn vows (unlike the monastery) therefore the two terms have nothing in common, and certainly nothing to do with "nobility clergy." Also, all abbesses, to this day, and abbots, for that matter, have the rite to a Crozier, and in the case of an abbot, a miter, just like a Bishop. This was not a long time ago, it is still current regulation. Before Vatican II all monastic religious were divided into claustral or choir, usually, years ago, this depended upon your social standing in society and when you entered the monastery, you took a position as choir or claustral on that standing. The choir monks and nuns sang the Divine Office each day and assisted at Mass, the claustral brothers and sisters did the manual labor in the monastery. My apologies, I have no idea what any of this has to do with Queen Marie Antoinette.
