Did you mean oil light on a Chrysler Cordoba? What year? What did you mean on a seat? Generally this means the vehicle's engine is either out of oil & being damaged because oil starvation or it is getting enough oil but the sensor is not reading it. Another possibility is the oil pump is not putting out enough pressure. In any case you could start by checking the sensor located near the oil filter. You could remove the sensor & place an actual pressure meter there. If the engine's bearings & seals are already damaged, putting in a new oil pump or seal will not fix the problem.

More than likely the flasher relay is bad. Replace it. I would tell you where it is but I have no idea what model car a Seat Cordoba is. Never heard of it.
You have to clap twice and if that does not work then turn the on botton off.
It could be not a bell, but seat belt reminder light. See "Indicator symbols on the instrument panel" in the Owners manual.
it is usually green in colour and is underneath the battery. you can just about see it without removing the battery
Never heard of a "Seat Automatic Cordoba", but if it's a 4 cylinder front wheel drive the dipstick is right in front of you under the bonnet; if it's a 6 or 8 cylinder rear wheel drive vehicle if you're facing the vehicle it's on the right hand side.
It is a warning that you or your passenger sitting in the front seat is not wearing a seat belt.
Your low on oil or Oil is covering the sensor on the tank.
If it is red it is flashing because your seat belts aren't buckled. If it is yellow it is a warning that your air bag system isn't working.
