starter on 1999 kia sephiathe starter on a 1999 kia sephia in located underneathe the intake manifold nearest to the drivers side if you look near the fire wall on the drivers side look where the transmission connects to the engine,, the starter is bolted to it right there, good luck with the procedure , its much easier to do it from up above the hardest part is unbolting the bottom bolt of the starter, there is 3 bolts in all and you're better of taking the starter out from the passenger side after you've unbolted it and unhooked your connections, you also must unbolt the the intake manifold support bracket
