You have an emissions or vapor purge problem, I replaced the gas cap (about $35 bucks) and the vapor solenoid (about $50 bucks) not including $100 bucks each time I got the code read and reset plus labor and the same problem came back on wifes 07' trailblazer within two days. Personally I recommend selling the piece of crap and not buying another GM product. A friend of mine is the parts manager at a Mazda dealership and said it's amazing how few problems the mazdas have as compared to the chevys when he worked at the chevy dealership. We're getting the code reset this week and are going straight to the mazda dealer to test drive an suv, I wish you luck!

Check the troubleshooting chart that corresponds to that code. You'll be in same boat as everyone else, but you will probably have to pay for it.

Check the computer codes for a possible sensor issue. Then check the fuel system for proper pressure. These would be the two most common places to start troubleshooting.
check all fuses. there are 2 fuses that can prevent engine from firing if they are blown
Check the fluid level. Check the linkage. Check all computers for trouble codes.
You have to tested with OBD.II then you get the code number it tell you then you change it then you do rest the code.

Loss of power could be caused by many things. The engine could have a fuel pressure issue, or there could be low engine compression among many things. A check of computer codes may give an idea of where to start troubleshooting.
Give us more info like the year, make, model and engine info. Do you have a check engine light illuminated? If so what are the codes? Have you tested for fuel pressure and fuel flow? Have you replaced the fuel filter?
