Simple answer is yes but it would cost you a ton, plus you would loose all the other goodies that come along with a stock VR4 like the AWD and Adjustable suspension. You would have to do a lot of work and in the long run it would end up being way cheaper to just buy a VR4 and sell your other car to help offset the cost.
