What Gandhi meant by this is, the world has good people and bad people.
The dirty drops (being the bad people) in the ocean (being the good people) do not ruin the integrity of the ocean.
Basically, even though there are some really bad people out there, you can't just look at the world as a crappy place. Try to find the good side of things and you'll find your faith in humanity.
Mahatma Gandhi; (Indian political and spiritual leader (1869 - 1948); said"You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is like an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty."
The boys become increasingly dirty, unkempt, and wild-looking as they lose their sense of civilization and conformity on the island. This disturbs Ralph because he sees their physical appearance as a reflection of their descent into savagery and loss of humanity, highlighting the breakdown of order and morality on the island.
In simple words, it means there are two people lying on the floor covered in thick and dirty blankets. They are groaning and moving around, scratching at their scabs even while they are asleep.

Religions are tools for people to come to terms with their spiritual beliefs, they offer structure, security and usually a community of fellow believers. The tenets of any religion are the subject of the interpretation of each individual follower, it is for this reason that basically any religion can be made to be about peace and humanity, and to be the complete opposite, to be about aggression and monstrosity. So religion is, to a degree, what the individual believer makes of it. However, I think it can be said that some religions are inherently more peaceful than others. Figuring out which is which is not for me to get my hands dirty with here, so I'd like to suggest that you go out and explore as many different religions as you can and be careful not to be swallowed up by one too quickly, before deciding which best fits your innate sense of right and wrong.
the water will become dirty
