Your food which contains the nutrients goes through your digestive system. This should take all essential nutrients out. It is not likely there would be any nutrients left in your body but if there was you would descrete them (they would come out in your poo)
If there are excess nutrients in a human body, the body disposes of the nutrients quickly without being digested.

The nutrients absorb
Bacteria is all around us, in our bodies and on our bodies. It is in part that these natural flora keeps us healthy. They do this in one way by out-competing other harmful bacteria for nutrients. If the harmful bacteria cannot get nutrients for food, they cannot survive.
Excess nutrients are stored as fat and glycogen. There is no storage form of a similar nature for protein, but fasting mobilizes amino acids from muscle that would later be replenished or rebuilt over time. Similarly bone will leach calcium and minerals but that deficit creates a 'debt' to those tissues that the body will try to repay when concentrations of precursors rise again.
The excess nutrients, mostly nitrogen will chemically burn the grass
your bodies need nutrients to give us energy and help us grow
Eutrophication
It is a polluting effect that N and K fertilizers have on nutrients leaching into groundwater.Specifically, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers deplete soil fertility since they tend to be applied in excess while other equally important nutrients are ignored. Excess nutrients disrupt air, life, moisture and nutrient patterns in the soil. They end up leaching pollutants into the groundwater and also into area water bodies through their contributions to polluted surface run off.

"parasites"
nutrients, salts and minerals.
The wonderful thing about Earth is the recycling! As living things die, their bodies decay and break down into atoms, which are then taken up by other living things and used again. Plants take nutrients and matter from the soil, and animals eat the plants and use the nutrients in their own bodies, and so on, and so on.
Glycogen and fat
gylocen
Blood brings oxygen and nutrients to the muscle cells, it carries away carbon dioxide, other waste materials and excess heat from the cells
