well, i would say that any small, short haired breed such as a dachsund, would be easiest to take care of because you dont need to do as much grooming since its small with short hair.

you can't actually take care of a dog if your not physically there, but you can have someone else take care of the dog; or you can accommodate the dog in an area when you are at work or school. Leaving fresh water, food, toys, bed, and a training pad helps if you aren't around.
