∙ 13y agoall it really does is slow down some of your brain cells... it doesn't actually kill them... it just slows them down... and it can make you a bit forgetful... and you might end up talking a little slower... moving a little slower... but it does no real harm to your brain... or the rest of your body...

∙ 13y agoIt temporarily (for the duration of your high) incapacitates your braincells, but it does not kill them. Everyone's reaction to the affects are different and can result from improved brain activity, to worse. In my opinion, it depends on what strain of cannabis you are taking in.
Marijuana IS DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN because they are still developing and growing, and the affects from marijuana can seriously hinder the child.
