I assume you mean what effects can you expect on school habits, their isn't really a right answer considering the fact that you include an enormous spectrum of drugs when you say illegal and legal, but honestly the only way for you to get a specific answer is for you to look up the effects of specific drugs and extend their effects into what work habits you think they would affect.
No, this is probably because cigarettes is more available to the public whereas illegal drugs aren't. But I'm sure drugs have worse effects.
