Sasuke kills orochimaru then uses his body to take power from him and then kabuto uses the rest and later kills deidaara and itachi plus da only reason orochimaru wantedsasuke woz 2 tke da sharingan off him :P

He is always on his way of dying. He is very near dying in naruto manga 468. But he manages to hang on. When Sasuke fought Itachi, Itachi was the one who released him from the curse mark. Sadly, Sasuke kills Itachi in the same battle not knowing the truth of his brother that has been lying to Sasuke all this time. Actually, Itachi seals Orochimaru with the Totsuka Blade (the blade of sealing) with Susano o' and the curse mark is gone.

But if you ask the author of the series, he would say that Sasuke did in fact kill Itachi. Itachi wanted Sasuke to kill him. We know that Sasuke, like other characters in the series is very smart. He would of thought of that already. But since the story isn't exactly real, you would have to ask the author because he created the story and he would know.

If you actually watch the episodes, Itachi was laying back, or should I say holding back, he didn't even try to kill Sasuke. And in the end, Itachi ended up poking Sasuke's forehead.Itachi, was a good brother. He was protecting Sasuke from Orochimaru, or well, most of the facts I searched up said. He was protecting Sasuke all this time, but I guess Sasuke never knew. But you can't really blame him.The manga is Naruto Shippuden chapters 40-44, I hope you watch the big battle between to two brothers. But what I really hope for is that they make an Naruto Akkipuden. In which episode does itachi Uchiha kill his clan?
He kills em before the series starts. But, they show many flashback episodes, sorta as fillers to kinda fill in story plot. In a flashback episode detailing the events of that night, Sasuke mentions he is seven years old. However, the overall timeline is a bit uncertain due to conflicting statements made throughout the series. A brief flashback to the massacre occurs in episode 84. A more detailed one occurs in episode 131, with events leading up to it occurring from the end of episode 128 through 130. These are both flashback's of Sasuke's. Itachi has his own flashback in Shippuden episode 135, and then there is another flashback to that night (Sasuke's again) in Shippuden 142. The whole story behind the massacre is explained in Shippuden episodes 140 and 141.

When it came time to kill every one he could not kill Sasuke, even though he was supposed to, because he was his little brother. Itachi made sure no one told Sasuke about the mission so he could live being proud of his clan. He wanted to die by the hands of Sasuke so his little brother could be regarded as a hero. Thinking back, Sasuke remembers that, on the night of the massacre, when he ran after Itachi, he saw him crying. But by the time Sasuke finds all this out, he had already killed Itachi.
