The Japanese attacks on the United States in the Philippines, Guam, Wake, Midway & Hawaii that took place on December 7, 1941 (US time). The most famous attack is usually referred to as the Pearl Harbor attack, that was the Japanese air attack on the Hawaiian island of Oahu against several US Military bases, including the US Naval base at Pearl Harbor. That attack also included attacks by Japanese mini-submarines.
